Systems today are very flexible. You can have your alarm send you a text message, or, send an automated message to your mobile telephone (or to a Professional Keyholding Service who will respond on your behalf), or you can have a Central Monitoring Station pick up the calls and ensure they are actioned in line with your needs.

There are a number of options available to users in relation to the communication of their alarm signals. You can rely simply on your standard telephone line, or upgrade to RedCare, or a Dual Path signalling system, be that RedCare GSM or the Dual Com. Both systems provide redundancy in the event of failure or tampering.Our engineering team will be happy to advise and help you in your decision.
